After the Storm is a nonprofit that provides personalized planning and care to communities in the aftermath of natural disasters. They help people find food and shelter, identify grants and loans for home rebuilds, manage home repairs, find trauma and wellness care, and identify needed supports after major injury. I wrote copy for their new website.
