Spectrum Health is a not-for-profit, award winning, integrated health system based in West Michigan. The organization includes a medical center, regional community hospitals, a dedicated children's hospital, a multispecialty medical group and a nationally recognized health plan, Priority Health. Healthcare leadership regularly requested my presence at their monthly meetings in order to record meeting minutes. These minutes were shared widely with other leaders to keep everyone on the same page.

Business proposal I wrote to request additional technology

Advanced technology was required for the System Command Call Center at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. A written business proposal, or SBAR, was required to secure it.
